I’m Lynn, and I’ve been where you are—or where you might be headed. Menopause is a wild ride! These days, I’m postmenopausal (technically), but the symptoms haven’t packed up and left completely. They’ve just changed along the way, keeping me on my toes.

When I was going through perimenopause and menopause, finding reliable information and support was harder than it is now, thank goodness! I was frustrated and felt like I was fumbling in the dark. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve done a lot of digging—researching, experimenting, and figuring out what actually works for me. That’s why I started this site: to share what I’ve learned and, hopefully, make things a little easier for you.

 

I’m not a doctor, nutritionist, fitness expert, or dermatologist, but I am a woman who’s been through menopause, and I know exactly how overwhelming it can feel when your body throws you curveballs. Here, I share practical tips and personal experiences on everything from managing hot flashes and mood swings to staying active and feeling good. Whether it’s the best supplements, natural foods that actually make a difference, or skincare that works for our changing skin, you’ll find advice that’s honest, relatable, and tailored to women like us.
