Welcome to The Menopause Club. I'm Lynn; I'm in my fifties and have recently gone through menopause—I guess, technically, I'm classified as postmenopausal but continue to suffer from symptoms, albeit the severity and types have changed over the years. I'm not a trained healthcare provider, nutritionist, or fitness trainer,  but I do have a wealth of knowledge and experience that I'm eager to share with you and others who are going through the same thing. Having navigated the ups and downs of perimenopause and menopause, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find reliable information and advice as well as support. That's why I created this site to provide valuable tips, recommendations, and insights that may just help and support others during this important milestone.

Through my blog, I hope to offer practical advice on everything from managing hot flashes and mood swings to staying active and healthy by sharing my own personal experiences alongside reliable information and ultimately creating a supportive and welcoming community for women.
